Erik Chappelle is a film and television editor in the Greater New York City area. He is interested in crafting complex, gripping narratives. 

Erik seeks to create an experience for the viewer. It’s not enough to just present something; the audience needs to feel it.  

He got his start studying filmmaking at Vassar College in Poughkeepsie, NY.  Since then, Erik has worked with companies including Jigsaw Productions, Radical Media, Part 2 Pictures and many others.  He lives in the lower Hudson Valley with his wife, son, and dog.  When he’s not at work, Erik can be found hiking, skiing, fly fishing, and exploring nature.
